As a Production/Projects Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the action, managing the full journey of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acknowledging customer orders and logging them into internal systems.
  • Assigning production orders to third-party manufacturers.
  • Keeping customers in the loop with regular progress updates.
  • Working with manufacturers to secure any extra parts needed.
  • Coordinating shipping to deliver the final product to the end customer.
