Your New Role

  • Managing payment collections through a dedicated debtor ledger and issuing statements to clients.
  • Oversee a team of 2 credit controllers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at both client and agency levels.
  • Proactively identifying potential payment delays and escalating concerns to the appropriate individuals.
  • Providing insightful debtor commentary for weekly and month-end reporting.
  • Participating in weekly debtor calls with agencies to discuss current statuses and address any challenges with key accounts.
  • Representing the team in client and agency meetings as needed.
  • Preparing bi-monthly cash flow forecasts

  • Extensive experience in credit control
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in financial software such as FreshBooks, Opera and Xero
